How often will we meet?
To gain momentum, we’ll initially meet weekly. As you experience relief and confidence in implementing new insights and tools with success we’ll gradually meet less frequently while keeping therapeutic value in mind. Always, it is a collaborative approach.
-
Why telehealth?
Research confirms its effectiveness. Consumers love the ease, simplicity, and privacy. For many, it’s the preferred approach to therapy as it makes therapy possible and life less complicated.
-
Why private pay only?

Is therapy worth my time and money?
Maybe a more helpful question is what do you value? If emotional and relational health is a priority which is the starting place for a satisfying life and a significant contributor to physical health, then therapy is absolutely worth your time and money.
-
What are sessions going to be like?
A session is uniquely your space. Sometimes we’ll talk and get curious about what is going on in your life or relationships. Other times it will be more practical - learning about and practicing skills that will serve you for a lifetime.
-
How many sessions is this going to take?
Due to the numerous variables and uniqueness of each beautiful client or couple that I meet, there is no way of knowing. But I do know that I will follow your lead and honor your goals. It’s a collaborative effort to figure out what is best for you.
